Texas A&M University – San Antonio’s Patriots’ Casa

Promotional Video to Showcase Facility Virtually

The Challenge

Texas A&M University-San Antonio’s Patriots’ Casa is a building on campus dedicated to providing resources to students who have served or are currently serving in the military. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Patriots’ Casa was not able to provide student tours of the facility. The University came to us looking for a way to promote the Patriots’ Casa and its services “virtually”.

The Process

We developed a script based on talking points provided by the Patriots’ Casa team.

The Director of Military Affairs & Army ROTC served as the host of the 360-degree video. This offered viewers the unique opportunity to hear from him which would not be possible for every in-person tour.

Our team stitched the content we captured together to create 360-degree video. We added custom graphics and music to make the video even more engaging.

Our Results

We created a 360-degree virtual tour which Texas A&M University-San Antonio can use as a tool to promote the Patriots’ Casa and its services on its website and social media. This video allows a worldwide audience of potential students to “virtually” tour the Patriots’ Casa.

“We were looking for a way to showcase the Patriots’ Casa, while providing information about the programs we offer. Sounds boring right, however, The IMG Studio team created an amazing plan and more importantly they make it fun and interactive. The 360 degree video produced was breathtaking and much more than we expected! The team at The IMG Studio knocked it out of the park. They are our go-to and they should be yours.”
