The IMG Studio partnered with PIX, a company that specializes in developing software to identify patients and save lives, to produce a series of animations that highlight the crucial role their technology plays in healthcare. PIX’s innovative software streamlines patient identification, helping healthcare providers avoid errors, improve patient outcomes, and ultimately save lives. Our task was to translate these complex and lifesaving features into a visually compelling and easy-to-understand series of animations.

The goal of the animation series was to demonstrate how PIX’s software works within various healthcare environments—hospitals, clinics, and emergency settings—while highlighting the critical need for accurate patient identification. We wanted to create a visual narrative that showcased the technology’s life-saving potential in scenarios where patient identification is paramount, such as during emergencies, surgeries, or when processing medical records.

Each animation in the series was designed to focus on a specific function of PIX’s software, such as real-time patient matching, secure data management, and integration with electronic health records (EHRs).
