A Look Back At 2018
2018 has been a great year for us at IMG.  We have added some new faces to our staff and new clients to our list.  We don’t often look back at what we have accomplished because we are always looking forward to our next project.  But this year we really have pushed ourselves to become better at what we do.

We were chosen by the Witte Museum to create the Tricentennial film for the museum’s “once in 300 years” exhibit.  University Hospital hired us to create four informative videos for the Pediatric Transplant Department. We’ve added big-name clients to our list, such as Devils River Whiskey, Shiner Beer, Spurs Sports & Entertainment, San Antonio Shoes, and Nature’s Eats.  Heather was voted onto the City of San Antonio’s Film Commission Committee.

On the video production side of the company, we started working exclusively with our all-new RED camera to make sure our clients have the highest quality video production.  We added some more video capabilities in 2018 as well. With the addition of our brand new 6K 360-camera, we were able to live stream a behind the scenes look of WOAI in full 360. We were also lucky enough to be chosen to do the animation for SA 2020 at the beginning of the year.

On the interactive side of the company, we are currently building a brand new app for the convention center.  We also are continuing to work with STRAPS and Silver & Black Give Back on the second iteration of their virtual reality project.  In the midst of all of that, we also completed multiple websites including the brand new Maestro Event Plaza. And now, are helping our client in Houston, Wilcrest Animal Hospital, run social media and Google AdWords campaigns.

We won multiple awards over the last year for our work as well- two W3 awards and three Davey’s.  As we move forward into the new year with even more exciting projects to come, it’s time for us to take a brief pause and spend some time thinking about all the amazing projects we got to work on this year.  Not many people in San Antonio can say they are working with such awesome clients and on such amazing projects. What a year!
